Dr. Toyin Ajayi is the CEO and Co-Founder of Cityblock Health, the first value-based comprehensive healthcare provider and technology platform that serves low-income Medicaid populations with complex needs. Prior to Cityblock Health, Dr. Ajayi served as Chief Medical Officer of Commonwealth Care Alliance, a nationally renowned integrated health plan and care delivery system for individuals dually-eligible for Medicare and Medicaid. In this role, she led clinical operations; spearheaded care delivery innovations; and oversaw multi-disciplinary teams of clinicians, community health workers, and administrators serving more than 20,000 beneficiaries across the state of Massachusetts.

Dr. Ajayi received her undergraduate degree from Stanford University; an MPhil from the University of Cambridge; and her medical degree, with Distinction in Clinical Practice, from King’s College London School of Medicine.

Peter A. Boyce II is the Founder & Managing Partner of Stellation Capital, an early-stage venture capital firm headquartered in Brooklyn.

Prior to Stellation, Peter spent eight years as a Partner at General Catalyst. In addition to his work at GC, he also co-founded & advises Rough Draft Ventures, a program to support technology entrepreneurship on college campuses.

Peter is a graduate of Harvard University, earning a B.A. in Applied Mathematics and a Secondary in Computer Science, with a focus on Behavioral Economics & Network Theory. He grew up in New York City, where he graduated from Stuyvesant High School. He is also proud to be a Ron Brown Scholar.

Outside of his time investing, Peter is proud to serve as a nonprofit board member to support communities about which he is passionate: The Shed, The Studio Museum in Harlem, The New Museum, NEW INC, Code Nation, and the Harvard College Fund – Executive Committee.

Neil Blumenthal is Warby Parker’s Co-Founder and Co-Chief Executive Officer. He has been a member of its board of directors since May 2009, and has served as the board’s Co-Chair since June 2021. Prior to co-founding Warby Parker in 2010, Mr. Blumenthal served as director of VisionSpring, a nonprofit social enterprise that trains low-income men and women to start their own businesses selling affordable eyewear to individuals in developing countries. Mr. Blumenthal currently serves on the boards of Allbirds, Inc., a footwear and apparel company; Sweetgreen, Inc., a mission-driven food brand; and the Warby Parker Impact Foundation, the Partnership Fund for New York City, and RxArt. Mr. Blumenthal also serves on the board of advisors for the Mayor’s Fund to Advance New York City as well as Responsible Innovation Labs. Mr. Blumenthal sits on the leadership councils of Robin Hood and Tech:NYC, and has served as a General Partner of Good Friends, LLC, a venture capital firm, since September 2019.

Mr. Blumenthal holds a B.A. from Tufts University and an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Sal Khan is the founder and CEO of Khan Academy, a nonprofit educational organization that offers free lessons in math, science, and humanities, as well as tools for parents, teachers, and districts to track student progress. Khan Academy is piloting an AI guide called Khanmigo that is a tutor and teaching assistant. The organization partners with more than 500 public school districts and schools across the United States. Worldwide, Khan Academy has more than 150 million registered users in 190 countries, with free lessons available in more than 50 languages.

Jens Ludwig is the Edwin A. and Betty L. Bergman Distinguished Service Professor at the University of Chicago, the Pritzker director of the University of Chicago Crime Lab, and the co-director of the University of Chicago Education Lab, which he helped found 15 years ago to work closely with the public sector to help solve social problems. His work has informed the federal government’s response to pandemic learning loss, helped change pre-trial detention practices in New Jersey and New York City, led to new government investments in evidence-based social programs for teens in Chicago, and supported the consent decree between the Illinois Attorney General and Chicago Police Department. His work has been featured in the New York Times, Washington Post, Wall Street Journal and NPR. He holds a PhD in economics from Duke University and is an elected member of the National Academy of Medicine of the National Academies of Science.

Alexis Ohanian is a tech founder and venture capitalist. He wrote a national bestselling book, Without Their Permission, and co-founded Reddit, one of the largest websites in the U.S., currently valued at more than $10B. In 2020, he founded Seven Seven Six, a new firm built like a technology company that deploys venture capital with over $750M assets under management. In 2022, he launched the 776 Foundation to support marginalized individuals and announced a $20M commitment to climate action through his new 776 Fellowship Program. Ohanian is also an advocate for paid family leave and is the lead founding investor in Angel City Football Club.

New York’s Senator Chuck Schumer serves as United States Senate Majority Leader. In 2021, Chuck became the first New Yorker to serve as Senate Majority Leader.
