We provide strategic capacity-building services in the areas of:

  • Pre-development Project Assistance: We provide hands-on help to our grantees to negotiate leases, obtain financing, purchase, and renovate facilities.
  • Industry Connections: We facilitate introductions and partnerships to help our grantees navigate the real estate industry.
  • Funding: We offer strategic grants and funding to support our grantees in their capital projects.
