All Our Kin trains and supports family child care providers (licensed, qualified caregivers who provide child care services in a home setting) to bolster the larger child care ecosystem with quality early childhood caregiving options that pay a living wage. In NYC, AOK supports 352 licensed family child care providers, with a capacity to serve 3,800 children in 2022.
